When you use Europa Prime VR through the Meta Quest platform, we access certain information from your Meta account as part of the app’s core functionality. This section explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion.

Data Collected

From Meta, we collect the following platform-provided data:

2. USER_PROFILE – your basic Meta profile information, including:

We do not collect any other personal information from your Meta account.

• To identify your account within Europa Prime VR

• To save and load your in-game progress

• To display your display name and profile picture in your in-game profile and social features

We do not sell or share your Meta user ID or profile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

We may share anonymous, aggregated information with trusted analytics services (such as Meta/Oculus Insights) solely for improving the game experience.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your Meta platform data at any time. To do so:

1. Email europaprime@mxtreality.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

2. Include your Meta user ID (or the email address linked to your Meta account).

3. We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days of verifying your request.

Europa Prime is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us at the email below.
